When creating my game The Beekeeper's Picnic, I drew on a few previous forays into Holmesian fic writing. I've created nicely formatted versions of them with tweaks and fixes, which you could print out if you would like to!

NOTE: The Belsize Cat will give away parts of the mystery in the game, so wait until after playing before reading it if you want to go in totally fresh!

The Belsize Cat -

A little girl visits Baker Street on a mission. 3,891 words

This was the first Sherlock Holmes thing I ever made, and inspired part of the plot/mystery for Beekeeper's Picnic! It's formatted like a late 19th/early 20th century magazine, complete with illustrations of questionable quality (... I did my best! :D)

Golden Visions, Are Ye Flown? -

Something seems to be wrong with Sherlock Holmes, and Watson will use every ounce of his knowledge, skill, loving and caring to find a way to make him better again.
11125 words, deals with medical topics, but not in detail.

I wrote this story when I was part way through writing the script for the game as a bit of a trial for the emotional arc I wanted the characters to go on. I've ended up self-plagiarising some of my favourite dialogue from it for the game!

Funds from sales will go towards creating The Beekeepers Picnic!
